Grant Hackett OAM
Group Chief Executive Officer | Generation Development Group
Grant joined the Group in September 2017 and was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer, Generation Development Group on 1 January 2025, having served as Chief Executive Officer of Generation Life since 2018.
Since Grant’s appointment in 2018, the market capitalisation of Generation Development Group has grown from under $100 million to over $2 billion, reflecting the successful execution of GDG’s long-term growth strategy. With over 17 years experience, Grant has held many senior positions across marketing, distribution and wealth management for Westpac and BT Financial Group.
Grant’s qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration with first class honours, a Diploma of Financial Services and he is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Prior to his corporate career, Grant was a multiple Olympic, Commonwealth and World champion representing Australia in swimming and has held 16 world records. Grant had 64 starts at major international competitions and medalled 58 times with 36 of them gold. Grant has received the Order of Australia medal, Australian Sports Medal, and Centenary Medal for his achievements and is a member of the Sports Australia Hall of Fame. Grant has also served on multiple Boards such as Regal Funds Management, Generation Life, Headstrong – National Centre for Mental Health and the Australian Olympic Committee Athletes Commission.

Terence Wong
Chief Financial Officer | Generation Development Group
Terence joined Generation Development Group as the Chief Financial Officer in 2018. He has significant strategic, commercial and M&A experience.
Prior to joining Generation Development Group, Terence led the Corporate Finance at EnergyAustralia. He has also previously held positions at Credit Suisse and Deloitte.
Terence has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the University of Melbourne. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Amanda Gawne
Company Secretary | Generation Development Group
Amanda joined Generation Development Group in 2003 and leads the legal, risk, compliance, and company secretarial functions.
With over 25 years of executive experience in ASX-listed financial services organisations, she brings extensive expertise in corporate governance and regulatory affairs.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Felipe Araujo
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director | Generation Life
Felipe is the Chief Executive Officer of Generation Life and he brings over 14 years of experience in financial services across Australia and Brazil.
Since joining the Generation Life in 2017 as Head of National Key Accounts, Felipe has played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction. In 2019, Felipe was appointed General Manager of Distribution, further strengthening the Generation Life’s market presence. In early 2025 Felipe was appointed to his current role as Chief Executive Officer.
Before joining Generation Life, Felipe held a number of senior leadership and national strategy roles at Westpac Bank, including serving as Director of the Westpac Premium Victoria team. His diverse experience also includes key positions at Accenture Group, Investments XP in Brazil, and a directorship at the Australia Brazil Chamber of Commerce.

Michael Wright
Chief Executive Officer | Evidentia Group
Michael was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Evidentia Group in 2025 following the merger of Lonsec Investment Solution and Evidentia Group. Michael previously joined the Lonsec Group in July 2021 as Chief Executive Officer. He has over 25 years’ experience in leading businesses and teams within Financial Services, across financial advice, private banking, wealth management, superannuation and retail banking.
Prior to Lonsec Group, Michael was Chief Executive Officer Xplore Wealth, where he led the transformation of the Xplore, upgrading the business, which resulted a successful friendly takeover to Hub24. At BT and Westpac, most recently as General Manager, BT Financial Advice, Michael successfully lead large teams across the Banks key client segments, responsible for change, leadership and strategy. Michael also worked at ANZ as Head of Alternative Investments and Head of Distribution for Banking Products.
Throughout Michael’s career, he has used his leadership, communication skills and commitment to a client first ethos, to build values based cultures, inspire high performance teams whilst developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders.

Lorraine Robinson
Chief Executive Officer | Lonsec Research and Ratings
Lorraine was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Lonsec Research and Ratings in 2025. She joined Lonsec Group in December 2019 to lead the Lonsec Research team. She has extensive experience in financial markets, across investment research, funds management and investor relations.
She joined Lonsec from Evans & Partners, where she was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporate and Institutional business. Her 10 year tenure included time as Head of Research and as a Senior Investment Analyst. Previously she developed her own investor relations and consulting practice, gaining experience across a number of different industries including financial services, media and communications and technology. She was a successful Research Analyst at JBWere and gained experience in both funds management and investment banking at Macquarie Bank.
